On September 8th, MCC organized a technological achievement appraisal in Shanghai, where three achievements of the MCC5 Group's Shanghai Corporation were appraised. After the appraisal of the expert group, it was decided that 'Key Construction Technology of Concrete Silo Roof Bailey Bracket Crane Module' has reached the internationally advanced level, and 'Research into Maintenance and Smart Diagnostic Software System of Dry Quenching Inner Refractory Materials' and 'Key Technology Research into Integral Lifting of Large-Scale Heights Steel-Structure Corridor' have reached the domestically advanced level.
The appraisal was hosted by the Technology Department of MCC, and the 9 members of the expert group separately came from Tongji University, the Baosteel Group, MCC and other relevant institutions. The experts raised questions and made exchanges concerning the achievements' main innovation points, domestic and overseas technical contrastive analysis, actual popularization and application of achievements and application prospects, and gave valuable suggestions and advice on their deficiencies. The host institution asked MCC5's Shanghai Corporation to further perfect the appraisal data according to the specific suggestions of the expert group, try hard to enhance the popularization of the technological innovations and achievements, and strive to integrate the technology into products and projects in order to produce more quality projects for the strong support of the enterprise's transformative development, in accordance with MCC's strategic positioning of being the 'national team of metallurgical construction, the main force of infrastructure construction and the pacesetter of emerging industries, taking the path of hi-tech construction in the long term'.
