Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC issued a document informing the evaluation results of the pilot demonstration project of big data industry development in 2021. Three projects of MCC were successfully selected, including two demonstration projects of industrial big data application and enterprise production process optimization and one innovation project of experience management mode.
In the industrial big data application project, the project of "one-stop information management platform for intelligent manufacturing of steel structures" recommended by Shanghai Baoye puts forward the whole life cycle management framework of steel structure manufacturing enterprises from material design, manufacturing, installation to detection, and realizes the fine control of data chain connection. The "demonstration application of smart blast furnace big data intelligent perception and visual management platform" project recommended by WISDRI Engineering & Research Incorporation Ltd. (WISDRI) has built an expert pool and established a blast furnace visual platform with edge computing, cloud analysis and other technologies so as to achieve the optimization of the overall operation of industrial production. The "R&D and application of big data-based iron and steel enterprise operation management and intelligent decision-making system" project recommended by CISDI Group Co., Ltd. (CISDI) carried out an intelligent analysis on the complex data generated in the production, procurement, sales and other business links of the iron and steel industry, assisted the enterprise in making more accurate and efficient decisions, and was selected into the demonstration project of "innovation project of experience management mode".
Based on the selected demonstration projects, MCC will strengthen its promotion and application efforts, continue to follow the national big data development strategy and promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy, enable the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, strive to realize the high-tech and high-quality development of metallurgical construction and continue to play a leading and exemplary role in the industry.
