On September 10, 2021, the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps jointly held the Central Enterprises Assisting Xinjiang Conference and State-financed Central Enterprise assisting the high-quality Development of Xinjiang Conference in Urumqi, deeply learned and implemented the important July 1 Remarks of President Xi Jinping and the important instructions on the work of Xinjiang, the spirit of the Central Conference on Ethnic Work and the plans made on the third Central Ethnic Working Meeting and the 8th National Pairing Assistance to Xinjiang Conference, and made a further arrangement in terms of letting state-owned enterprises assist Xinjiang, so as to strengthen the stability of Xinjiang and make new contributions to a socialist Xinjiang with Chinese characteristics in a new era. According to Haopeng, state-owned enterprises must follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully and precisely implement the Party's Governance Strategy in Xinjiang in the new era, and synchronize thoughts and ideas with the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee with a focus on Xinjiang. They also need to firmly bear in mind that the Chinese nation is a community, be deeply aware of the importance of assisting Xinjiang, assist Xinjiang comprehensively and precisely for a long time, strengthen the sense of responsibility, mission and urgency, and insist on promoting assistance to Xinjiang through strategies and plans. They must focus on national unity, assist Xinjiang through employment, and work hard to enrich Xinjiang through culture, further strengthen awareness of the Chinese Nation community. In addition, they have to incorporate the strengths of Xinjiang's superior central enterprises and promote Xinjiang's better integration into the new development pattern close to the people's livelihood. Also, they will promote in-depth integration and fully support the Corps to deepen reform and develop southward. Intelligent support for policy support shall be strengthened to continuously promote the work of assisting Xinjiang deeper and firmer.
