On February 3, the general construction contract for the pile foundation and underground structure works of the Naga3 Project in Cambodia was successfully signed.
The Naga3 Project is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with a construction area of 540,000 m2 and a design height of 362 m. After completion, it will become the tallest super high-rise building in Cambodia and a new landmark project in Southeast Asia, effectively promote the development of Cambodia’s tourism industry, and enhance the well-being of the Cambodian people. The pile foundation and underground structure works include 772 bored piles, 778 m underground diaphragm wall, basement of 4 floors, and related works. The reverse construction method will be adopted and the construction period will be 30 months.
The signing of the general construction contract for the pile foundation and underground structure works will further consolidate the foundation for cooperation between MCC International Incorporation Ltd. and the Employer, adding a bright color to the market exploitation of MCC International in Cambodia.
